Thomas Gallagher is a Brooklyn* based interdisciplinary artist with 30+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics. A peacemaker, dancer, organizer & activist; his interdisciplinary experience engenders understanding and openness, helping him recognize connections and common cause where others see only polarization.
Thomas is currently producing and facilitating new site specific Brooklyn iterations of his participatory public art project Lingo Bingo, for Bay Ridge in conjunction with the Stand4 Gallery group show Essential Shore / Permeable Future; in Sunset Park for Car Free Earth Day and in Crown Heights for Summer Streets, both in conjunction with NYC DOT. He choreographed and performed an outdoor site-specific dance piece for the Woodside Dance Project in 2024, and is working on bringing this piece to the streets of Harlem in August of 2025. He was invited to contribute to the project Sunflower Variations – this is Ukraine | Варіації Sоняшника – це Україна by KS Lack and Introspective Collective. He writes at his blog The Missing Point.
